  1. Brewed fresh at your event

    Real espresso pulled on site — coffee, Red Bull infusions and sparkling lemonades, made to order.

  2. Sealed in a can, right in front of you

    Every iced drink goes through the sealer at the bar. Lid on, label on, ice still cold.

  3. Grab it and go

    Walk it, dance with it, take it home. A “grab & go” coffee shop you can take with you.

About me

Hi! My name is Lexi Johnson, and I’m the founder of Brew & Go, a mobile coffee bar I started at the beginning of 2026. I chose the name Brew & Go because of my canned coffee concept; I wanted it to feel convenient, fun, and easy, almost like a “grab & go” coffee shop you can take with you! Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed of owning my own business. I’ve also always loved anything with a beachy feel. I’m from Minnesota, so I’m not exactly sure where that came from, especially when it’s -30 degrees outside, but I’ve always loved surfboards, palm trees, and all things beachy. Growing up, my bedroom even had a beach theme, no matter what the weather looked like outside! I’ve also always had a love for hospitality. Being able to serve others, create a fun experience, and hopefully make someone’s day a little better is something that genuinely makes me happy. That’s what makes Brew & Go so special to me; it combines two things I’ve always dreamed of: owning my own business and creating fun experiences for people. Whether it’s serving a fresh coffee, a fun refresher, or a sparkling lemonade, my goal is to bring a little happiness to every event, one drink at a time.
